Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully

before placing any orders, as once an order is placed you agree to be bound by these terms.

Should you have any questions relating to our conditions, then please contact us prior to initialising

your order. The legal contract in relation to your order, once it has been accepted, is between you

and Zizzona.

Our website is operated by Forest Pizzeria Ltd, and we are registered in England and Wales under

Company Number 11630362. Our registered address is 59 Nottingham Road, Ravenshead,

Nottingham, NG15 9HG.

The purpose of this website is to provide a simple and efficient service, allowing our customers to

build and submit orders at the click of a button.

Zizzona offer a delivery service to a prescribed delivery area which is to ensure that our products are

at their best when they reach your door.

Unfortunately, if you live outside the prescribed area, then we will be unable to deliver to your door,

and you will be notified of this once your postcode has been entered. Your order can still be

processed, but will need to be collected directly from the store.

Store opening hours can be found on the homepage of our website.

By placing an order on our website, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and are

legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Once the order has been placed, you will be presented with a ‘confirmation screen’, which confirms

your order has been received and accepted by us which then forms the contract.

A confirmation email will then be sent to you, so please ensure the email address you provided is

correct, and your mailbox is in working order. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or

delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have also included your correct address, including post

code, and telephone number.

NB: For orders placed on site, your contract will be formed when you receive your receipt of

All our products are subject to availability, and in most cases our staff will offer an alternative, if your

first choice is not available.

We do not use nuts in our products, however, some ingredients are produced from suppliers who

handle nuts, and some ice creams can contain nuts, so please see our home page for full ingredients

and allergen information.

There will always be a risk of cross contamination between ingredients, particularly in a busy

working environment, so if you have an allergy, we kindly ask that you do not order online, but

contact the store directly to discuss the appropriate product for your individual situation.

We obviously offer a number of alternatives for vegetarians, which are indicated on our menu, but

please note that we do not have a dedicated preparation or cooking area for vegetarian food, so

please ensure you advise the person taking your order, and they will do their best to ensure that any

potential risk of cross-contamination is minimised.

Great care is always taken in the preparation of all products; however, we cannot guarantee that all

bones have been removed from meat products, and olives may contain stones. Cooked ham, beef,

chicken strips and bacon contain added water, and some items may have been previously frozen.

The images contained on our menu are for illustrative purposes only, however, our pizzas are

handmade to order with fresh dough, and whilst we make every effort to be consistent, there may

be times when the size of the base and the overall look of the product is slightly different.

Here at Zizzona, our goal is to provide an efficient service and fulfil your order within your desired

delivery window, however, external factors such as traffic and weather conditions may occasionally

prevent us from achieving this, and we will always inform you should we experience any extended

delivering to apartment blocks, flats or hotels, and the maximum amount of cash they will carry at

any time is £10.

Due to licensing restrictions, alcohol can only be purchased alongside a food order which consists of

a main meal.

It is a criminal offence to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 and we operate the ‘Challenge

provide proof that you are over 18.

By placing an order with us, you are confirming you are over 18 and have photographic ID to prove

impact any orders for which you have received confirmation.

Payment must be made at the time of the order and we accept all major credit and debit cards, and

for orders made on site, we also accept cash.

The minimum value of orders for delivery is £10. For orders between £10 and £14.99 there will be a

£3 charge applied, but for orders of £15 and above there is no charge.

Amendments or cancellations can be made following ‘Confirmation’, but this must be done by calling

the site and confirming your name and order number. However, these calls must be made no later

than one hour prior to the start of the chosen delivery window. For cancellations received within

the time frame, then refunds will be made within 10 working days. If cancellation is received after
